Days August 19th

AT&T ad
This comes as a surprise to everyone, including TJ!

A fan spotted TJ in an AT&T print ad and sure enough, it WAS TJ! It was an image from a stock photography shoot that he did late last year!

Keep an eye out for it in any AT&T ads you may see!

Happy 7th Birthday TJ!
Not only do we have the new layout that is now up but I have also made a birthday video for TJ this year! This is the first year in many years that I have actually been at home on July 5th (or any day in July for that fact) so I decided to make him a video this year!
I hope TJ enjoys watching his special video!

TJ's First Feature Length Film!
So it's not the most age appropriate movie ever (far from it) but TJ had a role in the movie "The 41 Year Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad About It" What a title! Thanks to Heaven, we now have screencaps up in the gallery from TJ's scene:

Happy 2 Year Anniversary Terrell Jr.!
Today was a very milestonic (is that even a word?) day in the life of TJ. Today marked 2 years since he first aired on "Days of our Lives." It also happened to be his first major role. To put this in perspective, in the past two years, TJ has really left his mark in Hollywood. He has appeared in over 50 episodes of the Soap as "Theo Carver" who also is autistic. He has appeared in several national commercials since joining the show. He has also done various print jobs, television shows and 3, count 'em, THREE feature films! Last week he performed stand-up comedy in LAS VEGAS. He's only 6 years old! He has worked with big names such as Patricia Heaton, Jay Leno and Henry Winkler.
All of this amazing work in just two years. I am absolutely astonished by this child. I wish I had more than a "Happy Anniversary" post to give him but I unfortunately do not.

Happy 2nd Anniversary on Days TJ!!!

"Past Layouts" page is back!
So this evening, I spent some time to get the "Past Layouts" page back. I can not recall when I switched from the 2nd layout to this layout so I just put the month & the year. If for some odd chance YOU can recall the exact date that we changed layouts, then by all means, please email me and let me know! lol.
It's so fun to look back at those layouts. I kind of wish we had kept the 2nd layout up just a little bit longer. It is, to this day, my favorite layout that we have had. I absolutely loved that layout but we made the layout that is up currently to kind of update the site as even when the 2nd layout was made, the images used were old photos.
ANYWAYS, these next couple of days, I will be trying to make sure everything is up to date on this site. I really want to make this site as current as possible seeing as TJ's life and career is ever changing. I am so amazed by this kid. I marvel at how much work he has done in the past couple of years and can not believe that just a few short years ago, he had no work to his name. Now, when I look at his resume, I can barely keep up! It really helps that TJ is on twitter. It helps me keep up with what's new and what's happening soon.
Enough of my speech. I should've saved that for May 20th. Oh well, I think I have even bigger plans for that day. wink

May 20th will mark TJ's 2nd anniversary on Days of our Lives and that in itself is a milestone because he has been in the role of Theo Carver longer than any other child ever has. 2 years is a big deal for that character to have the same actor (in the past "Theo" was hardly shown). I am so thrilled that TJ has stayed with Days for so long. He is still with the show.
His next episodes are tentatively set to air around June 9th and June 25th (I am not entirely sure if there are airdates in between there) and if I am not mistaken, he will be on set again sometime very soon.

New & Old Images
So I finally got the Energizer screencaps up. I ALSO got screencaps from a short film TJ was in a long while back called "The Scarecrow & the Princess" !!! Also some images from the "Day of Days" event from this past year have been re-added to the gallery. Look for some screencaps from another short TJ did even LONGER ago (2007!) coming soon! smile
Also, we should hopefully be receiving some images from behind the scenes of Days and the Walk Now for Autism very soon. If you attended the walk and would like your images of TJ to be in the gallery, you can email them to me at dixiercat@yahoo.com. Full credit will be given for images donated.

Look for even more updates coming soon! His Kmart commercial should begin airing soon!

Happy Easter!
It is APRIL! Can you believe it? And TJ is just as busy as he's always been. Yesterday he shot an Old Navy commercial and this coming week he will be back on set for Days (yay!). His next episode is on Tuesday, April 6th so keep an eye out for him!

Since it is indeed a new month (and I forgot to change this last month), there is a new P.O.T.M. up. It is of TJ and his onscreen dad, James Reynolds, at last year's Walk Now for Autism. TJ will be walking again this year and you can donate to his team by clicking on the link at the bottom of this post.

Yay! It's April! (for me that means I only have 15 days of school left and then two weeks after that until graduation...and my "i don't even have any clue where i'm going" graduation trip oh yeah and my birthday!)

Sorry for going a bit off topic there... smile

Thanks to Lisa for flipping through a mag and seeing it! TJ's ad for McDonald's "Mommyisms" is in the April issue of Parents mag. So awesome that we have this!

Also, I am not entirely sure but I think TJ's other skit for "Funny or Die Presents..." aired last night. Again, I am not entirely sure.

On Monday, Not Tuesday
It seems as if TJ will be on Monday's episode, March 22nd. In this case, more than likely he is not on Tuesday's episodes. Either way, we still get "Theo" on our screens!

Don't forget to tune into "Days of our Lives" tomorrow to see TJ! From the looks of it, he has about 4 or 5 lines. And, "Theo" finds out a big secret from his cousin Johnny. Tune in to find out what it is!

TJ will also be on Tuesday's episode.

Celebrating One Year Online!
Today is the one year anniversary of this fansite! Whoohoo! I could not have gotten this far without the help and support of many people including TJ and his parents. They have been such a huge part of this site's growth and they have contributed information and photos for literally EVERYTHING to do with this site! I love working on this fansite because I know that it is truly worth it.
To celebrate this milestone, I have created a video that I am sure will have TJ find his new favorite song ( smile ). It is a video featuring not only TJ but another child that I have a fansite for. Her fansite also happens to be celebrating "one year" online today and instead of making two separate videos, I decided to join the two together!

I am BACK + some updates
So I know I have been for a lack of updates lately. I recently moved and it took awhile to get internet up and running again. I finally got it back this morning and I have quite a few updates to make!
First off, thanks to Heaven for adding up screencaps of TJ in the "Funny or Die Presents..." skit "Playground Politics" which aired in the first episode of the HBO series. I watched the video online from school and TJ did an awesome job!

Secondly, TJ and his friends in LA have formed a team for the 2010 Los Angeles "Walk Now for Autism" which will be held on April 24, 2010. Not only do they want other child actors to join their team "Jaylen's Friends" and to walk with them in April but they also need donations! To donate to TJ's team "Jaylen's Friends" (which is named in honor of TJ's friend Jaylen Arnold, www.jaylenschallenge.org) click on the link below!!! Donate!

I am unclear of what else is new in Terrell's life right now but as soon as I know everything then I will let you know! Oh! He also has another episode of Days of our Lives to air on April 20th.

It's so good to be back!

BTS of "Children's Hospital"
Yesterday, TJ was on set for an Adult Swim show called "Children's Hospital." To make things even more exciting, we can add on another celeb to the list of "Has worked withs" because the star of that show is none other than Henry Winkler. Yes, that's right, yesterday TJ was hanging out with "The Fonz"!!!
Thanks to Mrs. Ransom, I have now added up a couple of photos of TJ behind the scenes.

Gallery Update
This is a random update (and yet, not so random) NEW and old photos have been either added or readded to the gallery.
TJ also recently booked the show "Children's Hospital" so keep an eye out for more information on that!
New photos include some images of TJ at the Rose Bowl collecting money for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti, a photo from the set of "Days of our Lives" and a photo from the set of his new Kmart commercial. Old photos include an old episode of Days and "Jay Leno" caps and "The Middle" caps and promotional still. There are still quite a few "old" photos that I need to readd but I am very very busy at the moment so it probably will be a couple of more weeks before I am able to readd the rest.

Quilted Northern commercial
Just wanted to mention that TJ's commercial for Quilted Northern aired during the Super Bowl this evening! Alright! It was a nice surprise for TJ and any fans of his who saw it because we had no idea that it would air among the "Super Bowl ads"
I unfortunately missed it because the time it aired was during the first 30 minutes or so of the game and we were at the store...(my dad didn't believe me when I told him what time the game started)

It's February!
And that means a new POTM! The photo is now of TJ from last month at the Rose Bowl, collecting money for the red cross to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti.
The show "Funny or Die Presents..." ,which TJ filmed last Spring, will make it's debut on HBO on February 19th. He will be in two skits. I am not sure which episodes he will be in but from the trailer, I am certain we will see him. He is not seen in the trailer but others from his skits are seen, including quite a few kids for the "Playground Politics" skit. TJ's next Days airdate is in March. I am not sure of the exact date.

TJ to be on set soon!
Just thought I'd mention that we won't be seeing "Theo" on our screens again until March. Fortunately though, TJ will be at the set sometime this week to film those scenes for March!
Meanwhile, he is actively involved in helping to raise money for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. He was at the Rose Bowl last week with several other daytime stars collecting money for the Red Cross.

Also a few new JPI photos from the holiday episode have been added as well. TJ had one line in his Quilted Northern commercial and the line was "It's not rocket science!"

Joe Buck caps
Thanks to Heaven, we finally have screencaps of TJ on the show "Joe Buck Live" His scene aired in the very first episode back in June so to finally have these caps after so long is a great thing! He had one line in the scene (which is awesome since most of the kids had NO lines). He said "But Coach, I just wanna play baseball." Near the end of the scene...

Merry Christmas!
I would like to take this moment to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! Be sure to watch TJ on "Days of our Lives", December 25th! (check local listings for the time)
Merry Christmas TJ (and parents)! I hope you have fun and not only do I hope you get everything you wanted but also that you always remember the true reason for the season!
This Christmas Eve finds me at my grandparents' house after a long but fun evening with my two little cousins at my aunt & uncle's house. The evening was full of the "princess" two-year-old and little "monkey" 8-month-old! The highlight of the evening was when the little "princess" was working on a new puzzle and I was saying "good-bye" to her and she hugged me and then looked down at her puzzle and said "I think I might need help with this one!" (she is fairly good at puzzles for a two-year-old).
Christmas Day will hopefully find me traveling home to my house where I will later go to my other grandparents' house for yet another Christmas. Hopefully the weather that is to come tonight will not delay our travels. Today it practically flooded and it looked like there were two rivers in the front yard instead of one little creek. It is supposed to creep down in temperature tonight and there is a slight chance of snow (will not last too long as it is supposed to warm up later on in the day)
I hope everyone elses holiday is as wonderful as mine has been so far! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Love to all, Susan

Star-Kidz Christmas Q&A
Q&A is not to be duplicated elsewhere and claimed as their own.
STAR-KIDZ EXCLUSIVES

Terrell Ransom Jr. has portrayed “Theo Carver” on Days of our Lives since May 20, 2008. He has appeared in a little over 40 episodes and in the past several months has gotten tons of other work including two movies, many commercials and some guest spots on tv.

1. What does Terrell think about all his work he does for others?
Terrell: It feels really good to know that what I’m doing is helping somebody else. Like when I help my mom at home or kids with autism. I also want to be an example to other kids so they can help people in need too.

Mom: He’s just beginning and my hope is that he continues to support causes, give back and help out in the community. He’s young, but I’m teaching him that this is his responsibility as a regular person and as an actor. His role on Days of Our Lives and everything we learned about Autism made it very easy to get involved. We will continue to support their cause through fundraising efforts and spreading awareness.

Earlier this year, Terrell learned about Jaylen’s Challenge, an organization started by a special little boy that was just like him. He wanted to help. We learned that Jaylen Arnold (now affectionately known as Terrell’s big “brother”) suffers from Tourette Syndrome and his vision behind the “Bullying No Way” campaign is to “spread the word and teach people to help...not bully”.

2. TJ seems to be all over our television screens lately, do any of his jobs ever conflict with each other?
Mom: Yes, Terrell has had conflicts and he’s actually lost a few jobs as a result of a schedule/shoot date conflict. But it’s a part of the industry business. Terrell may get a little disappointed but he also understands that things like that happen in the industry.

3. How did TJ like appearing at the Days of Days event?
Terrell: It was AMAZING! I was there the whole day this year. It was fun taking pictures, talking with the interviewers and hanging with my TV parents Mrs. Renee (Lexie) and Mr. James (Abe). I loved the fans and the screams and of course walking the red carpet! I also got to sing Happy Birthday to Days of Our Lives at the end. That was the best!

4. How does TJ like working with Lauren (Boles, Ciara)?
Terrell: It’s cool and really fun especially when we get time to play between scenes.

5. How did TJ like filming for The Middle?
Terrell: It was very, very, very fun! I got to work with Mrs. Patricia Heaton! Too bad I didn’t get her autograph but I got a great picture with her. I also got to play cards with Atticus when we weren’t taping our scene. He’s cool!

6. Does TJ prefer guest spots on TV or commercials?
Terrell: I like to do all of it. It’s all fun to me the TV shows, the commercials and the movies. I want to keep acting and become really great like Will Smith. Hopefully I will be able to be a great singer too.

7. How was it filming the Jay Leno Show?
Terrell: First of all, I got to see JAY LENO!!! And he actually laughed at something I said and I wasn’t even telling a joke. It was funny though. We got to eat ice cream during the shoot. That was cool because you usually don’t get to do that.

8. What is TJ's favorite part of acting?
Terrell: Well it’s interesting to act as another character like Theo Carver and Malik Seale and not be me. The best thing about acting is I get to see myself on TV!

9. What has been TJ's favorite scene to film on Days this year?
Terrell: Probably the Christmas scene because it was a party for the kids in the hospital. We listened to a story and got to try the Christmas cookies, fruit and punch. Theo got to be Santa’s helper this year and gave out presents! Hey guys, be sure to watch the Days episode on Christmas Day!

10. Is there anyone on Days TJ would like to get to work with? or work with more?
Terrell: Chloe because she’s my secret girlfriend. shhhh!!!!!

11. Anything else you would like to add?
Be sure to watch out for my upcoming projects! I worked on two movies this year, a serious film The Chicago 8 and a comedy The 40 Year Old… I’ve also been working on a couple episodes of the cool animated kids cartoon Ni Hao Kai-lan. I’m the voice of a baby fox named Xin Xin. It’s been fun working at Nickelodeon Studios doing voice-over and singing in the sound booth. Learning Mandarin Chinese for the show is so cool! "Xie Xie" (shi-e shi-e) means “Thank You”

We would like to thank the Ransom family for participating in the Star-Kidz Q&A event!

Welcome Back!
Okay, so the site itself has been back for a week or so now. I have just been so busy lately that I have not been able to exactly FINISH getting the site back. As you can clearly see, the current projects in the sidebar need to be readded and photos to the gallery are also on the way. I have been focused on way too many different projects and school stuff this past week to keep track and I guess posting a "Welcome Back" message was not on the top of my "to-do" list.
But! Welcome Back! Like I said, there are still a few things that need to be readded and/or changed but the site is back FOR GOOD this time! New hosting and everything!
